Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage all aspects of the bar area, including stock replenishment, cleanliness, and organization to maintain a safe and inviting environment. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest pairings to elevate guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate service during busy periods and special events like banquets or nightclubs. Requirements Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or food service within fine dining or high-volume environments such as nightclubs or banquet halls. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, beverage recipe development, and cocktail techniques. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate order processing. Hospitality industry experience with a focus on beverage service; retail math skills are a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting. Pay:

$2.13 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 20.0 per week
