Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience and promote repeat business Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Toast POS, processing cash and card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service periods, including banquet or catering events, to coordinate seamless service delivery Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining or hospitality industry experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math understanding, and food industry calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage crafting involving brewing or brewing-related processes is a plus Previous bar management or hospitality industry experience is advantageous Join us as a Bartender where your passion for beverages and guest service will shine!
