Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of craft beers, cocktails, and other beverages to guests Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails using fresh ingredients and modern techniques Take orders and interact with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about our offerings Adhere to all legal and safety regulations regarding the service of alcohol Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service Upsell and promote featured beers, cocktails, and menu items Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for guests Stay updated on industry trends, new beverage releases, and evolving mixology techniques Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, and supplies Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming promotions, events, and special offerings Collaborate with the team to create a lively and engaging atmosphere, ensuring a vibrant and welcoming bar environment Continuously clean and sanitize glassware, bar tools, and workstations to meet health and safety standards Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
