Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote ongoing sales Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience Handle cash transactions efficiently while processing payments accurately using POS systems Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies to ensure smooth operations during shifts Requirements Proven experience in bartending or food service within fine dining or nightlife environments; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash handling Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving drinks and attending to guest needs Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Experience with beverage crafting including brewing or brewing-related knowledge is advantageous Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special event shifts as needed Join us to craft exceptional drinks while delivering outstanding hospitality!
