This role combines attentive, polished service with hands-on support for our wine program. What you'll do Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and wine recommendations. Provide warm, precise service throughout each guest's visit. Assist the Wine Director with wine service, pairings, and guest questions. Help maintain the wine list, organize inventory, and ensure bottles are stored and presented properly. Share wine knowledge with the service team and help colleagues grow their confidence. Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management to deliver a seamless experience. What we're looking for Fine dining serving experience and a strong foundation in wine. Confidence opening, presenting, and serving wine at the table. Curiosity, professionalism, and a genuine interest in hospitality. The ability to explain wine clearly and comfortably, without making guests feel intimidated. Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach. Sommelier certification is welcome but not required. We value practical knowledge, a willingness to learn, and the ability to connect with guests.
