Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring each drink meets quality standards and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to provide outstanding customer service and enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and processing transactions Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep our offerings fresh and exciting Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service events like banquets or catering functions to deliver seamless service in high-volume settings Requirements Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments; previous bar management or catering experience is a plus Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and brewing processes Proficiency with POS systems, ability to process cash transactions accurately using retail math skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working with alcohol licensing regulations and responsible beverage service practices Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in hospitality industry schedules Join us as a Bartender where your energy fuels unforgettable guest experiences!
