This dynamic role combines the art of mixology with the skill of attentive serving, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether crafting innovative cocktails, recommending fine wines, or delivering top-tier customer service, you'll be at the heart of a lively environment that celebrates hospitality and community. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and craft beers, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations, following food safety standards Experience Proven experience in bartending or serving within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of POS systems Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and craft beer selection. Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours. Experience working in fine dining settings is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math applications related to beverage sales. Pay range listed is considering a part time schedule, hourly plus tip pool. While this position is Part Time hours currently, there is opportunity for it to turn into Full Time hours.
