Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious beverages, serving excellent food, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Learn our menu to help craft an unforgettable experience for our guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking food and drink orders and providing recommendations. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and menu changes. Skills Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage preparation. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Experience in catering or working within the food industry is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations typical of nightclubs or busy restaurants.
