The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring that beverage service meets the expectations of the event. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders when necessary to ensure stock availability. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Utilize time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining quality service. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons. Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to upsell menu items is advantageous. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers or POS systems is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Must be at least 21 years old due to the nature of the position involving alcohol service. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help team members are highly valued traits.
