Overview We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment, whether it be in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or during special events such as banquets and catering. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Operate POS systems transactions. Handle cash and perform cashiering duties with accuracy. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies. Stay informed about menu offerings, including specialty drinks and food pairings. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is a MUST. Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Experience with catering services or banquet operations is advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
