Position Overview:

Our food and beverage team at Cutalong at Tributer Resort is seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests in a timely and friendly manner, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and ensuring compliance with all beverage and alcohol regulations. A successful candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to every shift.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences Greet guests, take drink orders, and provide friendly and attentive service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and glassware Check identification to verify legal age requirements for alcohol consumption Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed Process transactions using POS system; handle cash and credit card payments accurately Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and specials Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws and procedures Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest service Uphold a positive and energetic atmosphere at the bar

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older Proven experience as a craft bartender preferred (1+ years ideal) BarSmarts certification highly desirable State alcohol card required Knowledge of popular cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Salary:

$15 per hour (hourly) + tips
