Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and ensuring stock is rotated properly. Utilize time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
