Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic FOH (Front of House) / Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly crafting and serving beverages. Whether mixing cocktails, pouring wine, or engaging with patrons, you'll play a key role in fostering a lively and welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about drinks and menu items, and create a welcoming environment. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies as needed, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail creation, wine knowledge, spirits expertise, and craft beer familiarity. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations for sales reports. Knowledge of food handling procedures relevant to food service industry standards. Previous experience in hospitality industry roles such as restaurant or catering service is preferred.

Pay:

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
