Full Job Description Description Pay Range:

$400 - $500 / week Clyde's Restaurant Group, which owns 14 concepts in the DMV, is proud to introduce Ebbitt House , a sister concept of the historic Old Ebbitt Grill. Opening October 2026 at Reston Station on the Silver Metro Line, Ebbitt House will serve up Old Ebbitt Grill's iconic American classics, twice-daily happy hours, an oyster-fueled raw bar, and towering seafood displays. WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A BARBACK

Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages Ensure the bar is stocked with all necessary supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and liquor Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
