Job Summary:

As a Barback at Get Tight Lounge, you'll support our bartenders and keep the bar fully stocked and clean so they can focus on providing exceptional service to guests. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, hard-working, and looking to grow in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware Maintain clean and organized bar areas throughout the shift Restock ice, kegs, and supplies as needed Assist bartenders during busy hours with prep and support Clear empty glasses, clean spills, and remove trash and recyclables Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Occasionally assist with deliveries and inventory organization Be a team player and maintain a positive attitude under pressure

Requirements:

Must be 21+ years old Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Excellent communication and time management skills Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays Dependable, punctual, and ready to hustle
