Our concept is unique — a high-energy padel club paired with a full-service bar and restaurant — and we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-role environment. This position goes beyond bartending. You'll also serve as a front-facing team member for our club, helping guests get checked in, set up with equipment, and ready to play. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beer (draft & packaged), wine, and specialty cocktails Provide excellent customer service at both the bar and front desk Check in players for court reservations and assist with equipment rentals Handle POS transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas Assist with café/barista service when needed Close down the facility at the end of the night (including cash handling and cleaning duties) Requirements Minimum 2 years bartending experience Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine Comfortable working independently and managing closing shifts Reliable and punctual — closing responsibility is critical Ability to multitask between bar service and front desk operations Strong communication and customer service skills Barista or café experience is a plus Availability Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Open availability is strongly preferred Compensation Starting at $16.50/hour + tips Why Work With Us?
