Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented team member to join a lively hospitality environment in Downtown Roanoke. The ideal candidate enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and brings a strong sense of attention to detail, teamwork, and consistency. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering excellent service. We offer competitive hourly base pay plus tips. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. Provide welcoming, attentive, and professional service to guests throughout their visit. Take and process orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area. Check identification and follow all legal, safety, and responsible service guidelines. Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, menu offerings, and promotional items. Handle payments accurately and support smooth guest transactions. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service and efficient operations. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs as needed. Follow sanitation, cleanliness, and opening/closing procedures. Qualifications Previous hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain organized and composed in a busy environment. Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and payment systems. Ability to follow policies, procedures, and responsible service requirements. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
