We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking and delivering drink orders in a timely and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their overall dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide them with menus
• Take drink orders from guests and enter them into the POS system
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Upsell additional menu items and promotions to increase sales
• Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or as a Beverage Server is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
• Basic culinary skills for garnishing drinks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using POS systems for order processing
