Job Description

Blue Ridge Cafe & Catering Co. is looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. We are a high-energy, community-driven restaurant focused on great food, genuine hospitality, and memorable guest experiences. If you take pride in your craft, enjoy engaging with guests, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve drinks Provide great customer service Keep the bar clean and organized Help on the floor when needed (serving experience is a plus)
Requirements:
Some bartending experience required Serving experience is a plus Positive attitude and team player Ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset availability for day shifts
