Job Summary:

Weekend availability is a MUST We are seeking a Front End Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a positive Dinning experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers
• Provide assistance and answer inquiries regarding products or services
• Upsell products and promote current sales or promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the front end area
• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely
• Assist with food preparation or packaging when needed
• Utilize Revel/Toast POS system for order entry and processing
• Ability to lead and delegate instructions to a team while producing expected results towards operations successfully.
• Ability to coach and evaluate members of your team while maintaining a positive outlook and motivation.
• Assist in reenforcing all policies and procedure to ensure I safe and secure establishment.

Requirements:

• Strong math skills for handling transactions and providing correct change
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• _ MUST have the ability to manage and maintain a bar cleaning and organization agenda
• _•Experience with inventory•2 Years of prior leadership/Bar operations experience•Must be at least 21 years of age or older•Intermediate computer skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Must posses an open and flexible availability.
