• Responsibilities
• Create and serve a variety of innovative and classic cocktails with precision and flair
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and equipment
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
• Utilize cash handling procedures and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service
• Requirements
• Previous experience in mixology or bartending, preferably in a fine dining or hospitality setting
• Proficiency in using cash registers, POS systems, and other bar equipment
• Knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and drink presentation
