Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options using established recipes or custom creations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Manage cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper handling of payments and change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep offerings fresh and exciting Upsell menu items by engaging guests with product knowledge, including craft beers, spirits, wines, and specialty cocktails Handle food service responsibilities when needed, including serving dishes promptly and courteously Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as necessary, and track usage to minimize waste Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours or special events such as banquets or nightclubs Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential Expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations Experience with beverage industry tools such as spirits knowledge, brewing processes, or catering experience is advantageous Strong communication skills paired with a friendly attitude that enhances guest interactions Join us in creating an energetic environment where your talents shine!
