Responsibilities Deliver amazing guest experiences with strong knowledge of our offerings and a welcoming, friendly demeanor Always greet guests and ensure that all guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in the door Consistently find ways to create a better service environment through cleanliness, preparation, and organization Properly ID patrons to make sure they are 21 and over and carefully monitor the continued consumption and overall experience of guests visiting Silver Branch Proficient in Point-of-Sale software and able to identify / troubleshoot potential issues Responsible for knowing our beer, wine, cocktails and food menu selections and capable of providing recommendations based on guest input Memorize glassware and recipes to make consistent beverages Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications Friendly and fun to be around with a strong work ethic! Capable of learning and implementing new service-based technology Corporate service industry experience is a plus TIPS, TAM, ServSafe, or other alcohol safety certifications are beneficial Must have passed the Certified Beer Server Cicerone Exam, or must pass within eight weeks of hire Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays Must maintain a neat and professional appearance Professional with excellent customer service skills Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to bend, reach, squat to clean
