Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Assist in creating new drink recipes and specials to attract customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or other Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons in a friendly manner
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in brewing or mixology is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join our team as a Bartender!
