Job Overview:

We are seeking a Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
• Assist in creating new drink recipes and specials to attract customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or other Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons in a friendly manner
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in brewing or mixology is advantageous
