Job Description
Job Summary De Asian is seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team. In this role, you'll craft and serve beverages that complement our modern Japanese menu, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your mixology skills, beverage presentation, and guest engagement will help ensure every visit to De Asian is memorable. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages — cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits — consistent with De Asian's recipes and standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner that reflects De Asian's hospitality and enhances the dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations, in compliance with food safety standards Process transactions accurately using our POS system, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Suggest drink pairings that complement De Asian's menu and support sales Monitor inventory of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with restocking as needed Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Requirements Bartending experience in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings; banquet or catering experience a plus Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine, craft beer, spirits, and presentation Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food handling safety standards and responsible alcohol service Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay:
From $17.13 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per weekBenefits:
