Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Bartender/Server, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will create memorable experiences for our guests. We are looking for an individual that is open to working at both our Tavern location and our new Wine Bar. While the tavern is face-paced, the wine bar is an opportunity to help us grow a new spot in town. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency with established recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates to enhance guest experience Handle cash transactions responsibly, balance registers at shift end, and ensure accurate processing of payments Experience Experience as a bartender or server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and spirits industry trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle inquiries professionally Experience working with beverage recipe development and food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively environment! Pay:
