Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders, cash handling, and transactions Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management promptly Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly using POS systems Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service or catering events to ensure seamless guest experiences Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption Experience Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality environment, preferably in fine dining or upscale settings Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively Demonstrated ability to develop beverage recipes and contribute creatively to menu offerings Experience in food safety practices and sanitation standards within the food industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required Knowledge of banquet service, catering events, or retail math is beneficial Join us as a Bartender where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your skill in creating exceptional drink experiences.
