In this role, you'll deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in our lounge and bar area, while collaborating closely with our bartenders during high-volume pushes. This role may also include dining room serving and bartending as needed. Key Responsibilities Guest Service:

Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and drink orders, make tailored recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a prompt, hospitable manner.

Bar Support & Drink Preparation:

Assist bartenders by pouring select draft beers, wines, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages, and staging craft cocktails during peak hours.

Bar Operations:

Help maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area (ice, glassware, garnishes, liquors, and mixers).

ID & Alcohol Safety Verification:

Lake Washington Teamwork:

Maintain active communication with kitchen staff, bartenders, and floor management to ensure smooth service flow.

Payment Processing:

Accurately process guest transactions, manage tabs, and handle cash/card payments.

Qualifications & Requirements Age:

Must be at least 21 years old (required to handle and serve alcohol in WA).

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of bartending or high-volume cocktail serving experience required.

Certifications:

Must hold (or obtain prior to start date) a valid MAST (Class 12) Permit and Washington State Food Worker Card Skills Solid knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, beer styles, and wine pairings. Ability to multitask, stay composed, and prioritize under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate a busy floor/bar area smoothly.

Availability:

Must have weekends, holidays, and a few weekdays available.

Pay:

From $17.13 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
