Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their beverage and food orders with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests Skills Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine expertise, and craft beer familiarity Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards in a hospitality setting Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Ability to develop beverage recipes and demonstrate creativity in mixology techniques Previous restaurant or fine dining experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations Familiarity with bar management tasks including inventory control and staff coordination is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively environment!
