Duties Take and accurately relay guest orders for food and beverages using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations. Ensure food safety and proper food handling protocols are followed during all stages of service to maintain health standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through POS systems, processing payments efficiently while balancing registers at shift end. Maintain a clean and organized work station, including bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with health regulations. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed to support team efforts in high-volume settings. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles; fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions smoothly. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications. Previous experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or catering environments is desirable. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations.
