Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and craft beers, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend drinks accordingly Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage multiple orders efficiently through effective time management while providing attentive customer service Develop innovative beverage recipes to enhance the menu and delight our guests Assist with bar management duties including inventory control, stock replenishment, and cash handling procedures Experience Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fine dining or hospitality industry settings Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly Experience in food service or restaurant environments with excellent customer service skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in retail math and cash handling procedures Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and beverage recipe development Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required; a background in retail math or basic math skills is essential for daily operations Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences through your passion for beverages and exceptional service!
