Job Description
Who We Are We are seeking a passionate team member to work both in front of the house as Boba Barista and also on the back as Kitchen staff, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee/bubble tea/deserts and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced bubble tea environment. What You Will Be Doing
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
- Customize drinks based on customer preferences, including sweetness level and toppings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area and serving counter.
- Maintain inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed. Accurately process all cash and credit card payments.
- Operate and maintain boba tea-making equipment, such as blenders, tea brewers, and sealing machines.
- Follow recipes and all food safety guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation (Brew Tea, Cook Tapioca Pearls, Chop Fruits and prepare other ingredients as needed).
Kitchen Duties:
brew teas, prepare tapioca; taro balls and pudding; chop fruits, and cleaning Who We Recruit- Full time, or part time with minimum 15 hrs per week committed.
- Committed to work evenings (5pm - 10pm), weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Committed to stay employed with us for at least 6 months.
- Love bubble tea and coffee or open to try!
- High integrity with good attendance record.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Energetic and great customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Great attitude and willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must have a Snohomish County Food Worker Card after hire.
- Legally authorized to work in US.
