Job Description
Macalusos is currently seeking out an experienced Bar Manager and Server/Bartender.
The Bar Manager would be responsible for cocktail recipe development, batching recipes, ensuring quality & consistency within the beverage program, vendor procurement/ordering, inventory, upholding safety and legal standards required for operation, creating and enforcing an efficient standardized system, working closely with management team to elevate the company and assist in the bar when/wherever necessary. (40-42k salary)We are also interested in adding one Bartender, and one server to our team!
