General Description:
Responsible for preparing and providing food and beverages, beer, wine, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Pouring and serving beer and wine Follow safe food handling and service practices at all times Greeting, engaging, and serving guests seated at the bar Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated Wiping up spills Keep the bar area cleaned and well stocked Restocking items consistently throughout shift Assist server and other Front of House staff with beverage orders Listening and responding to guests' requests and complaints
Job Requirements:
Must have a current food handlers permit Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time Previous restaurant service experience is a plus Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds Must be able to work weekends
