Foundation:

Beach volleyball is a fast-growing sport, and Bottega is the destination in the Northend. Our courts and amenities create a beach volleyball experience that makes players of any skill level eager to step foot onto the sand. Northwest Volleyball Foundation owns and operates Bottega Fitness Park (now Bottega Beach Volleyball Park). Our organization has one of the largest indoorjunior volleyball clubs in the region and has run beach programming out of various locations for years. In 2017, we centralized our beach programs and obtained our own sand courts. Whether you choose to participate in our beach volleyball programs and events, or if you choose to host an event of your own; we want to make sure you know....Bottega Beach Volleyball Park is open to all! Northwest Volleyball Foundation is a 501C nonprofit organization.

Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and well-crafted cocktails that delight customers and enhance their dining experience.
• Develop and maintain an extensive drink menu with a focus on seasonal ingredients and local flavors.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages, following established recipes and techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, making recommendations, and offering beverage pairing suggestions.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design cocktails that complement the bistro's menu offerings.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of bar supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and serve beverages during events and tournaments hosted by the Northwest Volleyball Foundation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
• Strong creativity and passion for crafting unique and visually appealing drinks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local and regional Northwest flavors is a plus.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess necessary certifications required by local regulations.
