Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of beverages and food items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar tools, adhering to food safety standards Manage cash handling transactions accurately using POS systems Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol regulations; refuse service when necessary Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, private clubs or restaurant preferred.
