Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and personalized recommendations. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service policies. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and other essentials promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during banquets or catering events, ensuring seamless guest experiences. Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to handle sales accurately. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol service regulations. Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills to ensure accurate transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests professionally. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus for enhancing guest experiences.
