Job Description
Amaro's Table is in search of a bartender who can deliver a truly excellent guest experience while creating delicious cocktails. Amaro's Table has an award winning bar program that prides itself on innovative techniques, creative ingredients and seasonal cocktail menus. The draft cocktail program and freedom to create weekly specials, gives our creative bartenders ample room for innovation. Our scratch kitchens provide high quality modern American comfort food with some influences from around the world. Our bartenders must be very knowledgeable about our food, wine, beer and cocktails, so an eagerness to learn is very important to us. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and loves to share that passion by going above and beyond for guests. A natural-people-person with an eye for the details. Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience as a bartender Ability to shake, stir and properly strain different types of cocktails. Able to maintain quality and speed at peak volume hours. Exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, classic cocktails and beer. Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time Ability to effectively listen to and respond to guests needs Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor Ability to multitask efficientlyBenefits:
