Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality Operate POS systems to process cash and card transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, including serving, bartending, or restaurant experience Strong knowledge of POS systems for processing transactions accurately Demonstrated expertise in cocktail mixing, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and craft beer experience Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts smoothly while delivering prompt service Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate order entry and cash handling Ability to work effectively in fine dining environments or casual settings with a focus on hospitality excellence Experience with banquet or catering service is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences.
