Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced bartender to come work at one of the oldest Wisconsin Supper Clubs! We are looking for someone to work a set schedule of Tuesdays and Wednesdays 4-9, along with Friday and Saturday 4-10. Come apply in person, we would love to meet you! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment Restock supplies, garnishes, and beverages efficiently during shifts to meet customer demand Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts smoothly while multitasking between serving drinks and managing transactions Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations Join our team if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy creating lively atmospheres, and thrive in fast-paced environments!
