Description:
Bartenders at Westmoor Country Club provide exemplary beverage service to our members and their guests for a la carte dining, special events, and private functions. Experience is preferred and experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus; however, in-house training is available. Part-time (20 to 25 hours per week on average) positions are available with an opportunity for overtime and/or extra shifts during peak seasons. Responsibilities Process and prepare beverage orders on a timely basis Professionally and effectively communicate with members and fellow employees Working knowledge of menus and point-of-sale system Maintain high standards of quality and sanitation Ensure member charges are accurate Assist with setting up and stocking bars, washing barware, receiving product, organizing storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties required to maintain bar areas
Requirements:
Active bartending license for the City of Brookfield Flexible work schedule; able to work varying shifts to include holidays, weekends, and evenings Enthusiasm for providing personal, professional, and welcoming service to members and guests Willingness to work as part of a team Able to lift up to 50 pounds Willing to perform other job-related duties as assigned Ability to work calmly, efficiently, and professionally in a sometimes busy and stressful restaurant-type setting Part-time Benefits Holiday Bonus Free meals during shifts Free parking Partial uniform Pay Range $20 - $24 based on experience Please no phone calls or walk-ins
