In this role, you'll help create a memorable experience for every guest through warm hospitality, attentive service, and genuine professionalism. Ideal candidates bring experience in fine dining or country club settings, along with a polished presence and a thoughtful eye for detail
Duties:
Present menus and provide clear, knowledgeable guidance on menu items, daily specials, and featured offerings with accuracy and confidence. Take precise, detailed food and beverage orders using the POS system, maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Utilize strategic upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience while supporting overall revenue goals. Serve food and beverages efficiently, upholding strict standards for presentation, timing, and service consistency. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, responding to concerns or requests promptly, professionally, and with care. Clear tables and assist with bussing responsibilities to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment at all times. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, communicating special requests, modifications, and dietary needs with meticulous attention to detail.
Pay:
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
