Bartender, Mercantile Hall Role Description :

Craft cocktails and serve drinks with professionalism and charm, helping create unforgettable moments for couples and their guests. Work in a fast-paced, celebratory atmosphere while delivering exceptional service both inside and outside at our scenic venue.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Set-up and break down bar with liquor, serving ware, etc. according to event specifications. Maintain cleanliness of the bar. Serve beverages in a responsible manner according to Wisconsin state liquor laws and rules set in place by Mercantile Hall. Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and fulfill drink requests accordingly. In some cases, receive payment from guests and process/make change accordingly.
