We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Part-Time Bartender to join our team and contribute to our lively atmosphere.

Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Bartender at Thirsty Badger, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests. We're searching for individuals with exceptional customer service skills who can provide outstanding service while mixing up fantastic cocktails and serving delicious drinks.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Thirsty Badger's drink standards. Take food orders from customers and communicate them to the kitchen staff. Serve food to customers and ensure orders are accurate. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order. Engage with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations when requested. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, while adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines. Monitor and control alcohol consumption to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth service and efficient operations. Uphold Thirsty Badger's commitment to exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Must have night and weekend availability to accommodate our busy periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-centric attitude. Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 years of age.
