Job Description

Lively neighborhood bar that's looking for a skilled bartender to join our team! You'll have the opportunity to mix/serve drinks and food to a diverse crowd of regulars and newcomers alike, while working in a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere. Bingo on Mondays, weekly raffles on Thursdays, great specials, fun atmosphere for badger/packer games, and more! Potential available shifts during the week and weekend.
Responsibilities:
Mix and serve a variety of drinks, including beer, wine, and cocktails Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to make them feel welcome Maintain a clean and organized bar area Collect payments and make change accurately and efficiently Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Take and serve food orders Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines for food and beverage service Follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender or similar role Passion for mixology and a willingness to learn and experiment with new drink recipes Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers in a fun and friendly manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures related to food and beverage service Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Certification in bartending
