Non-Exempt Full-Time & Part-Time Available ! Condesa is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team! This position prepares and serves beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in a sophisticated dining and bar environment. This hands-on, customer-facing position emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety protocols in a fast-paced setting. The role reports to the Bar Manager and involves no supervisory duties.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively with customers and all team members. Must be able to use a computer for timekeeping and cash handling purposes. Possesses excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Good communication skills. Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies. Complete knowledge of all company security regulations and federal/state/local regulations relating to food safety. Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask during busy service periods. Ability to obtain any applicable certifications/licensures as required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended shifts as needed.

Education & Experience:

Previous bartending experience preferred. Customer-service experience preferred. Prior experience with cash register and/or cash handling highly recommended. ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred. Experience in high end restaurant preferred.
