Full-time and Part-time About the Role Chako Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is looking for dependable, outgoing team members to join our front-of-house team as Bartenders/Servers. This is a cross-trained position that combines bartending and serving. Depending on the shift and restaurant needs, team members may work behind the bar, serve tables, or help support the overall flow of the restaurant. Our Korean BBQ and hot pot concept is fast-paced and interactive, so we're looking for people who are comfortable staying busy, communicating with guests, and working closely with the rest of the team. What You'll Do Bartending Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Keep up with drink tickets during busy service periods Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Restock liquor, beer, garnishes, and other supplies Verify identification and follow responsible alcohol service requirements Complete bar opening and closing duties Serving Welcome guests and explain the Korean BBQ and hot pot dining experience Take food and beverage orders accurately Manage multiple tables and rounds of ordering Monitor guest needs, table pacing, grills, and hot pots throughout service Deliver food and beverages and assist with table maintenance Complete opening, side work, and closing responsibilities Team Support Communicate with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management throughout the shift Help maintain clean and organized front-of-house areas Step in where needed during busy service periods Help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude Comfortable working evenings and weekends Previous bartending, serving, or restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person What We Offer Flexible scheduling Paid training Employee discounts Opportunities for cross-training and advancement Team-focused work environment Compensation Bartending shifts have a base wage starting at $12.00 per hour plus tips . Serving shifts are also tipped positions and compensation varies based on the position worked, shift volume, and guest traffic.
