Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management to ensure smooth operations Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer brewing processes Proven experience with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and general cash handling procedures Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment Previous fine dining or restaurant experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Ability to develop creative beverage recipes while maintaining consistency and quality standards Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, food industry math calculations, and retail math applications Knowledge of food safety protocols related to food handling and beverage service in the hospitality industry Join us as a Bartender where your passion for beverages and exceptional service will shine!
