Anduzzi's Sports Club is looking for experienced bartenders to join our roster at our Howard location! At Anduzzi's, our team is the heart of everything we do. From serving our fun local regulars to welcoming first-time guests, you'll be a key part of creating the high-energy atmosphere we're known for. You'll be at the center of the action crafting great drinks, building connections, and helping guests have an unforgettable time. Responsibilities Work seamlessly with fellow bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Provide friendly, attentive service while creating a welcoming, fun, and energetic atmosphere. Craft quality cocktails, pour beverages accurately, and maintain efficient bar service. Build relationships with our local guests and contribute to the community feel that makes Anduzzi's special. Verify guests' legal drinking age and comply with all state and local alcohol service laws. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including equipment, glassware, and bar tops. Help ensure smooth operations while providing memorable hospitality to every guest. What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience preferred. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
